Qualifications:

Education: Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program.
Licensure: Must have completed requirements for nursing degree and sit for board exam.
Experience: Minimum of less than one year experience.
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH Stroke Scale and PALS before taking care of patients independently
Other: Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills are required, and must be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Must be able to operate various types of office equipment, including a computer, fax machine, telephone, printer and copy machine. It is the expectation that the scope of this role will include duties and responsibilities at Mercy Hospital Carthage and Mercy Hospital Joplin as needed. All Standards, Requirements, Training, Qualifications, Competencies, and Job Responsibilities stated here are assumed for all locations worked while under the capacity of this role.
Preferred Education: BSN preferred
