As a Material Handler/Stockroom Associate you will be responsible for handling inventory, processing inventory transactions, cycle counting and operating power equipment in the warehouse. This position frequently interfaces with our supply chain and engineering teams along with various other departments in the company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accurately put away inventory
- Accurately pull and issue inventory
- Perform cycle counts, including counting, keying and reconciling
- Processes inventory transactions in SAP
- Operate manual and power material handling equipment (stock picker, sit-down forklift, manual and powered hand truck)
- Cross train in Shipping and Receiving departments as needed
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- Good math/analytical ability
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment and with power equipment
- Strong computer skills
- SAP experience a plus
- Capable of lifting 50 pounds
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or GED
