Job Description:
Job Summary:
Provides individual and group therapy for children and adolescents at a Centerstone outpatient clinic in the Melrose/Nashville area. Perform initial assessments, maintain treatment plans and complete all clinical documentation. Work as a team with medical and case management staff. No weekends, holidays, or on-call required. This location serves a diverse clientele, so applicants should be comfortable working with clients of various diagnoses. Currently all staff are working from home doing Telehealth due to Covid-19 pandemic.This position could remain as Telehealth long term. Accepting applicants who currently hold a LCSW, LPC-MHSP or LMFT license in Tennessee.

LCSW Sign- On Bonus: $2,000 paid throughout the first year of employment

Job Requirements:
Minimum education level of Master's Degree in counseling, marriage/family therapy, social work, or psychology. Current Tennessee professional license (LPC-MHSP, LCSW, or LMFT) required.
