Material Prep personnel are utilized throughout our manufacturing process to assist operators in a variety of tasks. Material Preparation personnel are normally given assignments requiring them to work independently. Continuously working to improve our safety culture is critical to our business model and continual growth. Therefore, we routinely review and upgrade our processes (when feasible) to reflect the latest available safety technology, including the use of manually/automatic operated hoists, cranes, carts, forklifts, tables and other devices to reduce the potential for repetitive related injuries. We also instruct our employees to use proper lifting techniques, hand/body positioning, buddy system, and other fundamental safety practices when performing tasks.
