As a Vice President on the Reputation & Advisory team, you?ll sit at the intersection of digital and traditional PR, consulting, communications and marketing ? working directly with account teams, subject matter experts and clients to recommend and build digital strategies that are fully integrated into our broader work.

What you?ll do: 


  • Provide content and channel strategies across owned, social, paid and owned, including development of measurement and metrics approaches that leverage analytics tools  

  • Recommend and incorporate digital programs into existing clients across corporate reputation and advisory (primarily business transformation and employee experience), adding immediate value to achieve client goals  

  • Help manage a specialist team in a generalist environment, and mentor junior team members excited to develop their skillsets and expand their experience 

  • Oversee financial and operational performance of multiple accounts simultaneously, ensuring quality work, deadline and budget adherence, and plan creation and execution that map to goals  

  • Counsel clients and troubleshoot client and internal issues  

  • Demonstrate writing excellence when crafting internal and client materials and correspondence  

  • Use relationships with third-party influencers and internal business partners to meet client needs  

  • Introduce clients to new capabilities, initiate new business process and display strong presentation skills during client pitches

About you: 


  • Have at least eight years of full-time experience as a digital generalist, with experience in two or more of the following: 


    • Social: including community management, content development, channel planning and strategy 

    • Paid: including social, search, display; managing budgets, targeting audiences and presenting plans and reports 

    • Lead generation: including CRM, email marketing, ABM 

    • Influencer: including strategy, vetting, engagement, program management, reporting 

    • Analytics: including social listening, web analytics, research and insights 


  • Public relations or other agency experience is a must; can be combined with in-house experience, but client service is required 

  • Have an interest in corporate reputation and working with corporate clients; experience with M&A, business transformation and employee advocacy projects a plus 

  • Demonstrated ability to provide sound, level-appropriate counsel to client contacts, up to and including C-Suite 

  • Track record of executing large scale campaigns at the strategic and tactical level, including partnership with creative and content teams 

  • Proven management and leadership skills, with the ability to manage budgets and diverse teams on sizable pieces of business  

  • Keen interest and high awareness of current events 

  • Experience working with communications technology vendors and across geographies a plus
