Job Description:
Daily Tasks:
Respond, Communicate, Follow-up.
Primary goal is seeking to ADD VALUE, both in customer interactions, sales support and as member of CP|USG Estimating team.
Coordinate all activities of Bidding Process.
Acknowledge and set up all pricing requests.
Properly ensure all operating procedures are followed and key information is received to schedule and price.
Track & report all pricing requests / Data administration.
Support Pre-sales group as requested by manager.
Experience/Background Requirements:
Strong Communication and Customer Service Skills.
Project Coordination and Data Management Skills.
Intermediate to Expert skills using Microsoft Office and database platforms.
Track record reporting progress and flagging obstacles or roadblocks.
Proactive Support and Problem-Solving skills.
PC Computing skills.
Experience that is valued but not required:
Experience with supporting a sales team.
Experience in the construction industry.
Salesforce database experience desired.
Comfortable communicating with engineers and builders.
Experience reading and understanding Architectural Drawings & Specifications.
Experience being on a construction job site.
Experience working virtually.
