Job Description:

Arcosa Telecom Structures is looking for a General Laborer in Muskogee, OK. In this position you'll follow specific instructions to perform a variety of routine manual labor tasks or assist skilled workers in simple production, process, or maintenance tasks. This position reports to the Plant Superintendent.

What you'll do:

• Keep buildings and work areas in a clean and orderly condition by performing any combination of duties including painting and removing trash from the building and work areas.


• May maintain the building by performing minor and routine maintenance tasks including cleaning light fixtures, changing light bulbs, replacing filters, replacing necessary components and deliveries.


• Maintain grounds by mowing, weeding, snow removal, dispensing rock salt in walk areas


• Comply with all company safety rules, procedures and applicable government regulations


• Proficiently utilize all required equipment- skid steer, lawn tractor, road truck


• Follow all safety rules and practices


• Perform other duties as assigned

What you'll need:

• Ability to work independently at routine and non-routine tasks or assignments


• Computer skills


• The ability to communicate both verbally and written in English

Working Conditions:

• Hourly full- time position


• Work environment includes plant, warehouse, production, and non-production areas


• This position may require work/maintenance coverage beyond the normal hours, shift, and on weekends/holidays


• Ability to tolerate both high and low temperatures, loud noises typical of a manufacturing plant.
