Job Description:

We are seeking Sales Associates for part-time and full-time opportunities at the Bear Valley Goodwill Store! This store is one of our most successful locations in Colorado. It's full of positive energy and team work. The Sales Associate is a vital part of achieving Goodwill’s mission providing quality customer service through many unique positions including, but not limited to, donation attendant, processor, stocker, and cashier. Essential duties include:

• Greets and provides assistance to all customers and donors with a positive attitude.


• Accept donated goods from donors.


• Process donated items by sorting and pricing for the sales floor.


• Stocks the Sales Floor.


• Cashier duties using a Point of Sale (POS) (we will train you).


• Organize and prep fitting rooms, break rooms, and maintain an inviting sales floor.

• Uses good interpersonal skills treating everyone with dignity and respect.


• Maintains awareness of current promotional events and sales.

• Builds and maintains effective quality working relationships with management, co-workers, customers, and donors.  


• Follows all Goodwill policies and procedures.


• Follows safety rules and regulations. Acts safely at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule when needed that may include overtime, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
