Job Description:

DESCRIPTION: Gather business requirements and design and develop software. Design and develop software, as well as troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using Agile or Waterfall Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies. Gather, analyze, and document functional and data requirements for multiple business processes. Design, analyze, develop, test, debug, and model system components. Analyze and develop various aggregator data sources like positions, transactions, and profit and loss reports (P&L). Support production roll-outs. Assist with Jira Board(s) and incremental delivery metrics, and partner with product owners to remove impediments. Conduct scrum ceremonies. Ensure that risks and issues are escalated and addressed in a timely manner.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: This position requires a Master's degree in Physics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field of study plus three (3) years of experience in the job offered or three (3) years of experience as a Software Engineer, Programmer Analyst, Sub System Lead, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree plus five (5) years of experience in lieu of a Master's degree plus three (3) years of experience.
