The Capital & Liquidity Management Organization (C&LM) is responsible for the management of capital and liquidity across the Firm. C&LM also manages the Firm-wide Capital Stress Testing process and the Recovery & Resolution submission. Capital & Liquidity Management partners with other JPMC functions, including Risk Management, Control Management and the Lines of Business (LoBs) to establish control and governance best practices and accountability for the Regulatory Capital & Liquidity processes. It is also responsible for interfacing with Regulators on issues related to Firmwide capital and liquidity management.

Capital & Liquidity Business Manager - Analyst

Business Management team for Capital & Liquidity Management sits within T/CIO Finance. Business Manager is a highly visible role with responsibilities to coordinate efforts across Capital & Liquidity Management as well as interacting with LOBs and other corporate functions to:


  • Manage capital & liquidity governance committees and related efforts
  • Act as the Qualitative Model Liaison for capital and liquidity process areas, to oversee and ensure the implementation of the QMs are compliant with Estimation Risk Management polices & procedures
  • Support organization optimization and monitor department budget, headcount, and expenses, and etc.
  • Support senior management in setting business priorities and driving executions, and facilitate business reviews/offsite as needed.
  • Promote communications including support management and staff meetings
  • Coordinate new business initiative approval processes, and manage ad-hoc projects
  • Manage real estate agenda
  • Identify and provide creative solutions to emerging issues or enhancement opportunities
  • Provide other BM value added support for the strategy and development of sub-teams

Qualifications

The candidate must be a self-starter who is able to work in a fast paced, results driven environment


  • 2+ years of experience in the financial services industry
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong organizational, multitasking and prioritization skills
  • Close attention to details and ability to work independently
  • Project management, business process management experience a plus
  • Bachelor's degree required
