The Role

We are looking for a Recruiter to work remotely (preferably in Raleigh, NC or Dayton, OH metro) with one of our RPO clients. Our client is a global leader in providing information, whether to clients, or in technical documentation. Working as part of our professional global team of recruitment specialists, you will support our client with its growth and talent management strategy by attracting and presenting exceptional candidates for a range of positions within their specified verticals. We are looking for someone to build long-term client relationships by implementing best practice right across the recruitment lifecycle – from screening and assessment through to sourcing methodologies and candidate relationship management. This recruiter will hire in a variety of roles including but not limited to administrative services, corporate affairs, data and research analysts, marketing, legal, editorial, legal, etc. 

Key Accountabilities


  • 3+ years of full life-cycle recruitment for a number of key and high profile business areas, with a strong focus on direct sourcing and candidate pipeline development

  • Build strong relationships with client senior business managers and divisional stakeholders such as HR to understand the recruitment needs and requirements

  • Discuss relevant recruitment strategies with hiring managers and impart market insight on industry trends and best attraction methodologies

  • Utilize all available direct sourcing tools to ensure a quality candidate pipeline

  • Pro-actively source candidates and build candidate talent pools

  • Be a ‘recruitment best practice’ champion into the business Support the overall service delivery targets

Skills & Experience


  • Significant experience in recruitment - direct sourcing, screening, assessing/ interviewing, and marketing candidates to clients either in an on-site or off-site environment.

  • Expert knowledge of applicant tracking systems, effective candidate sourcing methodologies and recruitment process management.

  • Great communicator and able build quality relationships with your clients, candidates and across the business!

  • Both Afrikaans and English languages are essential.

  • Problem solver – like to get results, find new solutions/ improvement opportunities and keep learning

  • Team worker, like to share knowledge/ experience and collaborate.
