Job Description:
Heritage Pointe in West Omaha, Nebraska is looking for an upbeat, outgoing, and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team!
we are looking for someone who puts the residents needs first while prioritizing care and communications with the appropriate personnel regarding care and treatment for the residents in an assisted living setting.
The successful candidate will assist the Director of Healthcare with the care of residents and supervision of direct care associates.
The LPN is a Full time position, Day Shift
