The Nurse Manager manage specific administrative functions, (*and nursing functions) related to the operations of the clinic assigned. This includes but is not limited to ongoing clinical workflow analysis, working toward best practice principles/guidelines, and participation in change management processes.
Required:
* Bachelor's degree in health or business administration
* BSN
* Registered Nurse in State of Kansas
* BLS Certification
* Minimum of five years of business management experience including three years managing a Clinic
* Minimum of five years professional nursing experience including two years supervisory level
Preferred:
* Master's Degree
* MSN
* Professional Nursing Certification.
