BIG PICTURE:
The security team in the CTO office is creating tools to support DevSecOps based on a CI/CD pipeline. As part of this effort, we are creating an Application Security Workbench to provide comprehensive visibility into

application security for Developers, Architects and Business Units at a fine-grained level. We are recruiting a Product Owner to help deliver a quality service with impact across of all of ADP's products and services.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Engage with enterprise-scale security services under development at ADP, while embedded with the development team
  • Work with business units and CSO to collect, evaluate and prioritize Epics and Stories, and, work with the development team to translate them into Tasks
  • Collect feedback on products from business units via demos and trials; translate them into Epics/Stories/Tasks.
  • Organize, schedule and run scrum meetings for the development team; track and prioritize features and tasks.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of two years of experience in application development, following agile processes and DevOps
  • Minimum of two years of experience with security technologies, especially as part of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Working knowledge and experience with modern development support tools like GIT/JIRA/Postman/Jenkins for managing product development
  • Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, etc.
  • Ability to listen and communicate effectively with engineers using code-samples, whiteboard and demos
