We are seeking a Designer join American Tower’s Corporate Human Resources department’s Communications team. The Designer supports the creative development of all Corporate communications, working closely with a small team to understand project goals and support a variety of internal communication campaigns and programs. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end creative development of employee communications and PowerPoint presentations, make necessary updates to existing materials, provide thoughts and ideas about larger campaign concepts, and design and create templates for internal and external use. The Designer plays a key role in ensuring Corporate communications captivates and engages employees.

Between 2–5 years of experience in an internal corporate communications setting preferred.
Experience designing and developing engaging PowerPoint presentations required.
Experience with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Dreamweaver required.
Experience with animation, video editing and other web technologies preferred.
Creative thinker with strong understanding of design methodologies.
Track record of building and maintaining solid relationships with internal and external customers and vendors.
Strong follow-up skills; ability to organize applicable timelines and follow up with internal and external customers’ needs.
Self-motivated; able to work both independently to complete tasks and respond to requests and with others to utilize their resources and knowledge to identify high quality solutions.
Advanced written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.
Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to effectively and professionally achieve results.
Strong organizational skills; ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast-paced environment.
