Dean, Online Education at American Career College in Dallas, Texas

Job Description:

Reporting to the Associate Provost, Online and Blended Learning, the Dean, Online Education is responsible for the leadership, supervision, and evaluation of the online program leaders and programs.  Additionally, the Dean, Online Education will aid in academic support services, with a special focus on student persistence and success.  Responsibilities include leadership supervision, goal setting, evaluation, academic policy review and administration, formulation and leadership of persistence initiatives, and other duties aimed at enhancing student success.  Partners with academic leaders, student advising, and admissions to evaluate and improve processes and student success initiatives.  Collaborates with administrative leaders to aid in evaluating gaps in policy and sources of learning deficits among the student population.

EDUCATION:

Doctoral degree required.
