The OD & Effectiveness Specialist is responsible for assessing needs, coordinating, monitoring, and providing support for organizational development initiatives. The ODES assists with planning, researching, writing, designing, and developing deliverables for development programs and new initiatives. Proactively aids in establishing processes that enables consistency and quality in building organizational capability to achieve the company’s goals and objectives.
This highly visible role partners with various levels across the FIRM in order to drive OD initiatives. Coordinate and manage all administrative tasks associated with company development programs, from managing enrollment and participants to responding to questions from business partners. Produce training and development content and materials for initiatives. Maintain weekly and monthly reporting to support execution of all development programs and lead tracking and analyzing the impact of the development programs.
Core Objective: The ODES will support and implement programs that focus on addressing workforce capabilities while, identifying business performance barriers and opportunities, determine underlying causes, focus on system impacts, clarify potential consequences of various interventions and implement alternatives that provide long term benefits. Learns and lives the company’s mission, purpose, leadership principles, and core values.
