Software, Technology Services, Internet, Semiconductors, Communications Equipment, Alternative Energy and Electronics

Investment Banking Analysts work on a broad array of domestic and international transactions. Our bankers execute mergers and acquisitions, raise capital for clients (including initial public offerings), guide companies through financial restructuring, discuss strategic alternatives geared towards competitive growth, and provide other advisory services. As an Analyst you will coordinate with some of the industry's best technology bankers and have exposure to senior people at a diverse set of companies.

Responsibilities may include:

• Analyzing companies using financial modeling and valuation techniques

• Examining the impact of a transaction on a client's capital structure

• Analyzing the consequences of mergers, acquisitions and leveraged buyouts

You Offer
