Job Description:

As part of JPMorgan Chase, a leading global financial services firm, Chase has locations nationwide to serve our home lending customers with their mortgage or home equity loans. This Closing Specialist II role will operate as a Dual Specialist.

Duties:

Accurately verify and enter wire instruction information in MX

• Review our payment hub system to ensure wire information matches and will not expire per policy guidelines

• Verify CPL and wire instructions meet the requirements in policy and that the closing agent information matches MX for name and address, (CPL requirements, including Chase information, customer name and property address, closing agent information, loan number if present and Wire instructions requirements, including agent name, address, phone number if applicable, city and state of bank)

• Obtain corrections to documents or MX when needed

• Under dual control, complete a dual call when our payment hub system needs to be updated or an entry added (includes uploading completed package with electronic stamp, wire, cpl, google, and exceptions if applicable in EIV as well as share point)

• Quality

• Complete manual wires

• Use the share point tracker to report errors found

• Give clear notes when a file is worked, as well as updating the status of the task

• Meeting daily production goal set for the role

• Complete all tasks in a timely manner to meet the 48hr SLA

• Complete all aged tasks in a timely manner and escalate for assistance

• Provide good customer service as well as team work

• Work loans assigned by ACD

• Complete all assigned training on time
