Job Description:

Under the leadership of the Director of Activities, provides an ongoing program of activities for SHCC residents and CMH Swing Bed patients; one that is designed to meet, in accordance with the comprehensive assessment, the interests and the physical, mental and psychosocial well-being of each individual resident/patient. Provides adaptation and/or resources to enhance the resident/patient's highest practicable level of life engagement. Key role in the safe delivery of activity services to residents/patients on and off-site through supervision of department aides and other staff and/or volunteers assigned to the activities program.
