We're looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team. They will provide analysis and financial models in forecasting, performance reporting and expense management providing guidance for business teams.
MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Include the following key areas and duties, which may be modified or increased as necessary:
Participate in planning and working with senior executives on strategic deep dives by developing financial models and insights on variety of topics.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and analyze data to find gaps in KPI's in the regional operations to improve margins.
Prepare financial information for annual meetings, board meetings, regional meetings, and other meetings as needed.
Support monthly fiscal business reporting, business analysis and forecasting.
Generate and analyze data from accounting, payroll and CRM systems and consolidate into reports for operations.
Ensure team users are using data collection systems correctly in order to maintain data integrity.
Create reports and dashboards from pre-defined KPI's for implementation to all managers in the field.
Build production rates database in Excel, for use in training new salespeople and providing standards for quoting and costing purposes.
Build financial model tracking quoted information through billed information to determine budget deviations.
Build operational and additional financial KPI's and analysis tools to bring this information to the board, management, and the field.
Build KPI tracking capability for CCS for business reviews with key clients increase customer value.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to build and deliver effective presentations.
Assist the CFO as required
All other duties as defined by your supervisor
PRIMARY RESULTS ACCOUNTABLE FOR ACHIEVING:
Development of financial models.
Preparation, analysis and presentation of KPI dashboards.
Assist with implementation, design, and roll-out of business systems.
Document and maintain business practices of operational procedures, financial procedures and sales procedures for business systems.
Support CFO and accounting department personal as required.
Qualifications
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or University or equivalent, relevant work experience. Minimum of 2 years of finance/business/accounting experience required at corporate, regional or substantial operating unit level of a successful services, leaser and operator business
SKILLS REQUIRED:
The Business Analyst must have and be able to consistently apply the following skills at the levels indicated to produce assigned results:
Advanced financial modeling skills
Advanced SQL coding and experience with Microsoft PowerBI
Plans, administrates and organizes financial data to support company needs and employee productivity objectives.
Effectively communicates with senior executives and management teams to maximize operational functions
Skilled in computer usage and knowledge of integrated computer systems and software relevant to the performance of major areas of responsibility.
Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases and financial software applications.
Verbal, written, presentation and communication skills that assure timely and accurate payroll information to appropriate management teams.
Ability to gather relevant facts and use them to reach sound and logical conclusions pertaining to major areas of responsibility.
Ability to define/solve problems collect data, establish facts, and draw valid financial conclusions to inform and support appropriate company management.
