Summary:
The Graphic Design Web to Print Specialist is responsible for the design and development of documents for and programming of a web to print e-commerce website using a template based software solution. This position requires both technical and creative skills to complete assignments from concept to delivery. A successful candidate will have a background in design/print production and an understanding of front-and back-end web technologies and print production workflow.
Design, develop, and prepare content for e-commerce website, working from concept to delivery. Prepare Camera Ready Art for production. Become proficient with Adbobe Suite Software. Web-to-Print Software storefront administrator (experience with EFIMarketDirect StoreFront preferred). Management Information Systems (MIS)software administrator(experience with EFI Software Print Smith Vision prefered). Variable Data Printing (VDP) Software (specifically Fusion Pro VDP).Develop materials in Adobe Creative Suite for print production and web placement. Preflight supplied digital resources. Ensure that the layout of content and overall site is logical and recommend improvements if necessary. Perform quality checks, troubleshooting and updates to templates and site content. Insert and activate variable data, sometimes involving scripting and programming. Provide technical support to customers accessing the web storefront. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- Minimum of three years of experience in print and/or web development
- Thorough knowledge of print and web page layout preferred
- Experience with PC & MAC platforms
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required

- Ability to multi-task to complete assignments in required timelines
- Ability to work independently and in a fast paced environment to meet deadlines
- Problem solving skills
