We simplify the process for both borrowers and bankers, while increasing choices of products, improving tracking, and offering a positive banking experience.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Senior Marketing Designer is responsible for supporting marketing and business development through the creation of print and digital assets in various formats.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Describe what must be accomplished.
Creates print assets which include; full page flyers, post-cards, buck-slips, direct mail and posters.
Creates digital assets which include; banner ads (for Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google), emails, alterations of current assets/changes to logo.
Creates email campaigns.
Creates presentation decks in PowerPoint.
Creates digital video assets.
Strives to develop efficiencies and solid process for delivering concepts and assets. Remains current with latest graphic design/marketing and communication trends for print and digital design.
Delivers projects on time, coordinating with key stakeholders, as necessary.
Adheres to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with any and all applicable regulatory standards, requirements, and policies.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES:

Must be fluent in HTML5 and Adobe Creative Suite.
Thorough understanding of PowerPoint presentation creation.
Must have demonstrable video editing experience.
Conceptual thinker who possesses a wide range of design capabilities including logo design, editorial design, layout and various marketing materials.
Able to problem solve and find multiple design solutions.
Strong understanding of marketing design and best practices.
Working understanding of latest web technologies and best practices, especially with custom Wordpress websites.
A solid background in print, branding, typography, and web/digital design experience.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

College degree or equivalent work experience; BA/BFA preferred
5+ Years relevant experience
