Job Description:

UST Global is looking for Scrum Masters with healthcare experience to build end to end business solutions and to work with one of the leading healthcare providers in the US.

The ideal candidate must possess strong healthcare project management, people management and leadership skills. The candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability and know how to collaborate effectively with domain experts and technical experts in the team.

Responsibilities :

Guides and coaches Scrum Teams on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products and services to our customers.

In addition to managing an individual scrum team, provide oversite to 6 other scrum masters to ensure program delivery .

Gets team to a high performing level by recognizing areas of strength and improvement and employing appropriate coaching and development techniques.

Responsible for ensuring Scrum is understood and the teams adhere to Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines.

Coaches the Scrum teams in self-organization, cross-functional skillset, domain knowledge and communicates effectively, both internally and externally working within the Scrum teams. Works with Scrum Teams, as well as internal and external stakeholders, to influence and drive decision making and support organizational project or product teams. Resolves team impediments with other Scrum Masters Facilitates and supports all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.

Plan s , coordinates, monitors, and supports the implementation of multiple small to medium systems and/or products.

Acts as a buffer between the team and process overhead, so each team member can focus on the timely delivery of software. Shields the team from interruptions and removes obstacles that may impact the delivery of the product. Guides the team s operations by facilitating ceremonies (e.g. daily standup, sprint planning) and instilling Agile principles into daily activities to ensure smooth functioning of the delivery team. Facilitates internal and external communications (e.g. task coordination, progress tracking/reporting, dependency management).

Ensure team is well-informed on internal and external initiatives and activities. Keeps external stakeholders, collaborates, and other interested parties are well-informed on team progress and activities. To ensure smooth delivery of team, tracks and removes and obstacles and barriers that may prevent progress. Preferred CSM, Safe SM or equivalent. Demonstrated leadership, communication and problem solving skills required. Ability to manage the prioritization and work balance with not having a dedicated Product owner involvement. Negotiates scope changes with the Product Owner Team based on Sprint results. Helps to motivate the team and keep them excited.

Ensures team is fully functional and productive Enables close cooperation across all roles and functions Utilizes team feedback and team metrics (quality, delivery rate, etc) to identify areas of opportunity and works with team to continuously improve Ensures that the process is followed, including issuing invitations to daily scrums, sprint reviews, and sprint planning and sprint retrospective

Requirements:

2-3 years of Experience as Scrum Master. Must have experience with Data Migrations projects Ability to work in a workflow tool such as JIRA Ability to produce reports to support the role of scrum master and management insights Experience working w/Kanban as well as Scrum Excellent verbal and written communication skills BA/PM/Developer role in IT: 3-7 years Good to have experience in managing provider / healthcare projects

Preferred location is Atlanta followed by any other locations with a client office including but not limited to Richmond VA, Atlanta GA, Norfolk VA, Mason, OH, Woodland Hills CA, Thousand Oaks CA, Minneapolis Minnesota. Work from home options anywhere in US might also be considered in certain cases though not preferred.
