p strong Position Mission: /strong /p p To provide the highest quality bakery products to our customers on a consistent basis to ensure to continued success and superior levels of customer satisfaction at Panera Bread. /p p strong Job Duties: /strong /p ul li Bake all products for the current days sales, to be finished prior to the store opening. /li li Maintain product quality and take appropriate action if quality is lacking. /li li Manage around time delays and/or product problems. /li li Ensure that actual baked product equals pan-up requirements (any product shortages must be reported to Teamleader and Store Manager) /li li Pan-up completed for following day. /li li Late-bakes panned up. /li li Ingredient and stock maintenance: product rotated, FIFO practiced, Sygma order completed accurately and in a timely manner. /li li Daily and Weekly Sanitation completed (see cleaning schedule) /li li Maintain and clean equipment, notifying Teamleader and/or Store Manager when repairs or maintenance is required. /li li Receipt of Sygma delivery. /li li Assist with bakery case set up as needed. /li li Bakery check list completed with Store Manager /li li Bakers hot line called. /li li Performs any other tasks as assigned by a member of management. /li /ul p strong Preferred Background: /strong /p ul li Detail oriented and quality minded. /li li Some baking experience. /li li Proven reliability, flexibility, and professionalism. /li li Self-starter with high levels of motivation an initiative. /li /ul p strong Education/Age Requirements /strong /p ul li No minimum educational requirements. /li li Must be at least 16 years of age. (must be able to legally work 3 sup rd /sup shift and operate some equipment) /li /ul
