Candidate will have the ability to organize, plan and prioritize work and initiative to learn and maintain current knowledge in information dissemination. Further, candidate will have the ability to speak and write clearly and communicate ideas successfully as well as a demonstrated working knowledge of social media tools, newsletter development and similar outreach activities. Candidate will have the skills and ability to assist in website maintenance, including using WordPress, as well as to engage in and implement strategic planning with Center Director and staff.Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a discipline appropriate for the assigned function is required. Experience in communications, including social media. Experience collaborating with others.

Preferred qualifications: Background in agricultural communications, experience disseminating formal information via social media in a professional manner. Knowledge of Adobe suite, knowledge of Wordpress platform.
