Job Description
The Executive Director for the Bluford Leadership Institute provides executive leadership for successful event outcomes with the Bluford Healthcare Leadership Institute. Assures that specific plans, programs, activities and systems are initiated and completed, and consistent with Institute objectives. Actively engages in developing and implementing strategic philanthropic programs. Builds and maintains relationships with existing donors and works in pursuit of added donor partners.
Required Experience
Minimum Requirements
- Master's degree in public administration, health care administration, business or related fields.
- Five to seven years experience in business leadership, fundraising management with demonstrated skills in administration, human relations and communication.
- Ability to present ideas, proposals and reports to a variety of groups and individuals, including high profile members of the community
- Ability to analyze, interpret and utilize data and relevant business, industry and health care information.
