Establish and execute a strategy that grows business at a classified agency. Candidate will leverage experience, expertise, and \\"lay of the land\\" to make recommendations on inorganic growth that will allow T-Rex to establish a \\"beachhead\\" and create a force multiplier. Candidate will leverage T-Rex's unique technology capabilities and experiences to create a \\"differentiated message\\" that resonates within the National Security community. Candidate will be a \\"Thought Leader\\" and develop/drive an organic growth plan as the T-Rex face to the community. The candidate will help recruit, train, mentor and motivate a world class performance team.
