Our Customer Success Management team is built up of creative and passionate individuals, who make up a dynamic, industry-leading team that is laser-focused on developing and delivering memorable customer experiences. Team members need to understand all matters specific to our customers and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure their success in adopting our platforms. This is an exciting team that works closely with senior leaders, by providing guidance to executives, program, and technical teams, as well as acting as the voice of the customer within PTC.

What we do:
- Lead client onboarding experience, adoption and expansion.
- Develop deep empathetic understanding of the customer, software use cases, and pain points.
- Build strong customer relationships that will ensure satisfaction.
- Act as the voice of your customers internally in the business and product realms, listening to and communicating their feedback.
- Ensure proper onboarding and training of customer as well as the adoption of features that will ensure the realization of value.
- Review and negotiate renewal of licenses and ensure retention of the companies in your portfolio.Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to various communication styles.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and thorough.
- Experience with or exposure to CRM tools (such as Salesforce, Zendesk, JIRA, or other Customer Success tools).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Results and solution oriented.
- Adaptability, flexibility, and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
- Fast paced, client focused environment. Basic Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles and a degree in business, communication, computer science or relevant discipline
