  • Condução de processos de Recrutamento & Seleção do início ao fim;

  • Responsável pela gestão dos treinamentos;

  • Suporte no processo de avaliação de desempenho;

  • Controle e apresentação de indicadores.

Pre-requisitos:


  • Preferencialmente que tenha graduado em psicologia, engenharia, administração ou cursos co-relatos;


  • Inglês no mínimo avançado (será testado em entrevista);


  • Excel avançado;

  • Desejável que já tenha atuado em consultorias de Search;

  • Vivência com processos de avaliações.
