Job Summary:

We are looking for a knowledgeable Digital Marketing Coordinator to support and optimize our organization's digital marketing programs. Duties for the Digital Marketing Coordinator will include but is not limited to tracking progress, developing various digital marketing materials, sourcing images and artwork, pulling and analyzing data, performing market research, updating onsite and email assets, streamlining digital marketing production, and handling general digital marketing activities. You will be able to work effectively across our entire digital marketing organization, its various departments, and the 25+ team members. Your organizational and creative thinking skills and strategies will be an essential part in driving our digital narrative, enhancing our organization's image, improving digital communication with clients, and providing business growth through effective coordination of digital marketing efforts.

 

Education & Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in marketing or digital marketing.

• Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or equivalent work experience.

• Active on social media and familiar with all social media platforms.

• Knowledge of email marketing and paid advertising strategies.

• Excellent copywriting and copy-editing skills.

• Project coordination and execution experience.

• Knowledge of digital marketing KPIs and analytics.

• Knowledge of customer segmentation and audience targeting.

 

Responsibilities:

• Supporting digital marketing initiatives.

• Handling product and service launches.

• Campaign, platform, and channel data pulls and analysis.

• Editing email templates.

• Editing onsite content.

• Project coordination.

• Create and manage marketing lists.

• Coordinating digital marketing events.

• Developing and sourcing content for digital platforms.

 

Skills & Abilities:

• Must be a creative thinker, analytical thinker, and problem solver and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills. Proven ability to continuously improve processes.

• Highly organized.

• Excellent attention-to-detail and QA skills

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Be a self-starter. Ability to work and deliver with limited management requirement.

• Strong presentation skills.
