A company in Lake Zurich, IL is looking for an Administrative Assistant / Customer Service for a 1st shift opportunity.
Responsibilities:
Answer all incoming phone calls and direct them to the proper recipient and relay messages.
Greet all visitors coming into the building and ensure that they properly sign in and have needed safety equipment.
Work with the company's ERP system to complete tasks including: new customer setup, existing customer updates, new vendor setup, sales order entry, and updating vendor records.
Contacting vendors for receiving discrepancies
Scan and properly name and file documents
Assist customers with problems and returns, ensure customer questions are followed up
Qualifications:
Prior administrative assistant and customer service work
Prior experience with an ERP system such as E2 MFG, Dynamics GP, Oracle, Epicor, SAP, or similar programs.
Must possess or have the ability to obtain an Illinois FOID card. No prior felonies or crimes of domestic violence. FOID card will need to be applied for within 7 days of starting employment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, and Excel
Ability to interact with customers on a friendly basis
