YOUR ROLE

• Effectively function within a team environment or work as an individual contributor and is responsible for his/her level of authority for ensuring compliance with all approved policies, procedures, and practices of the LaGrange, GA facility.


• Ensure proper documentation and record keeping of hours worked, details on products produced and training records.


• Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment in manufacturing.


• Ability to use computer software to enter production data.


• Ability to pick and locate finished goods and raw materials within the warehouse.


• Practice good housekeeping habits to ensure the work areas are clean and organized at the end of the assigned shift (Lean and 5S principles).


• Must be able to adjust to changes in workflow, prioritize as needed, and meet deadlines.

YOUR SKILLS

• H.S. Diploma or G.E.D Must be willing to work overtime as needed.


• Ability to document production reports.


• Able to safely lift 50 pounds.


• Able to work with and around hazardous materials, chemicals, and equipment
