RWJBH is seeking a full-time Administrative Coordinator for our Case Management Department. This is a full-time, 40 hour per week, day shift position.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Maintain and update detailed records, files, lists and logs utilizing computerized and manual recordkeeping systems.
* Manage and organize multiple departmental schedules that include arranging departmental meetings, and appointments
* Payroll Management, ensures payroll is entered correctly and on time, employee PTO/sick calendar is up to date, assist Managers with PTO requests and maintains seniority List.
* Coordinate the administrative aspects of various interdepartmental and interagency matters.
* Responsible for coordination and management of requests from insurance companies, including clinical requests, denial notifications and other correspondence from insurance companies.
* Responsible for property schedule, HealthStream SuperUser duties, loss run management, and role as department meeting scribe.
REQUIREMENTS:
* At least five years administrative secretarial experience required.
* High School Diploma or equivalent required.
* Associate/Bachelor's Degree preferred.
* Detailed knowledge and experience in Microsoft Word for Windows, Power Point, Excel, and Outlook Microsoft Office required.
* Excellent communication skills, ability to meet deadlines and manage projects required.
* Strong anticipation skills and forward thinking, excellent communication skills required.
* Able to interact at all levels with internal and external personnel required.
