YOUR ROLE

• Prepare and distribute cycle count documents. Identify parts for recounts as needed.


• Analyze cycle count results & perform root cause analysis. Assigns root cause(s) finding into actionable process improvements & participate in the resolution.


• Lead, develop and implement processes & procedures to ensure inventory accuracy utilizing cross functional teams.


• Develop & recommend facility layout changes that support the improvement of material/inventory processes across all shifts.


• Train & be a resource to appropriate employees on inventory accuracy, proper transactions, and correct material flow.


• Prepare, distribute, analyze, & post cycle count results for all inventory locations. * Generate & analyze reports to measure inventory plus related cost.


• Prepare, distribute, & post disposition of slow, non-moving, & obsolete inventory, working with planning & purchasing as required.


• Maintain compliance with all Henkel Corporate Standards related to inventory & cycle

YOUR SKILLS

• Associates Degree (AAS) and 3-5 years related experience; or an equivalent combination of 5-7 years of education and experience.


• APICS certification is preferred.


• Working knowledge of discrete manufacturing environment preferred
