We are looking for a driven individual to serve as the Assistant Director of Environmental Services. In this role, you will lead a housekeeping team, ensuring that patients have a safe, clean environment where they can heal. You'll also provide key communication between the housekeeping department and the clinical team to build a dynamic relationship that will provide quality outcomes across the facility. Within this position, you'll have the ability to positively impact patient care.

We'll provide you with the necessary training and appropriate tools to help you grow and earn the opportunity to advance into a director role. If you are willing to work hard, lead with intention, and hold yourself accountable to your results, you'll be successful with HHS.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the EVS Director in executing team member training and development
  
  


• Create and manage team member assignments and schedules
  
  


• Communicate regularly with hospital administration and other departments to set clear expectations and to align goals
  
  


• Perform daily inspection rounds and provide coaching opportunities as needed
  
  


• Analyze data and make adjustments to meet facility goals and compliance requirements
  
  


• Manage vendor communications and ordering for the housekeeping team
  
  


• Implement team building initiatives to create a positive work environment
  
  


• Recruit quality team members who reflect HHS' values for patient care
