Standard 8 hour Shift Availability:
2nd, and 3rd Standard Shift Monday - Friday
Shift premiums apply for 2nd and 3rd shift hours for standard shifts. 2nd shift Premium is $1.75/hr. 3rd Shift Premium is $1.50/hr.
WEEKEND BAYLOR SHIFTS: 8 hour Baylor Award Pay applies - "Work 24 hours get paid 32 hours"
Full Time 7:00am - 7:00pm Sat/Sun 12 hr. shifts + 8 hr. weekday shift - 8 hr. Baylor Award Pay
Part Time 7:00am - 7:00pm Sat/Sun 12 hr. shifts - 8 hr. Baylor Award Pay

Lincolnton Rehabilitation Center is currently looking for individuals to fill CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) openings with a facility located in Lincolnton. Interested candidates should have prior CNA experience and hold an Active CPR & First Aid.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND ENVIRONMENT
Shift work may be required. Employee is frequently required to stand, walk, lift and or transfer residents weighing between 100 and 250 pounds, see, use hands or fingers, reach with hands and arms, feel, talk and hear. Employee is occasionally exposed to blood or other body fluids, fumes or airborne particles and toxic or caustic chemicals. May be required to work beyond their regular scheduled shift. In compliance with applicable law, reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Participates in (or conducts) company-sponsored training to safeguard against improper use and disclosure of resident’s protected health information. Monitors and ensures compliance with company policies, procedures and state and federal law.
