Job Summary

We are currently seeking a full-time Engineered Products Door Coordinator for the inside Sales Department. This position will work Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. The primary function of the Inside Sales Department is to provide customer service and earn sales for Covington-based accounts.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Support Engineered Products Project Managers in project quotations, order entry, tracking of orders and projects, door system component inventory management and order scheduling.


• Management of requests directly from customers (via telephone and email) regarding product availability, order status, material returns, billing corrections, product information, order changes, and cancelations.


• Management of material purchases, receipts and billing.


• Coordinate delivery and/or pickup of customer orders.


• Provide support to Outside Sales force.


• Generate price quotations in a timely manner. 


• Responsible for adhering to policies of the customer financial services.


• Maintain strong relationships with customers.


• Sustain a working technical knowledge of all available products.


• Perform other duties as assigned.


• Regular and predictable attendance, the ability to safely perform tasks, and adherence to all safety policies and procedures are essential functions on this job.

Requirements

• Must be a High School graduate or GED.  College degree preferred.


• Must be proficient on a computer using Microsoft Office Programs (especially Excel)
  


• Fabrication Dept experience a plus


• Geometry experience a plus


• Must have at least 3 years Customer Service experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment


• Must have good communication skills


• Professional demeanor both on the phone and in person; excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Must have the ability to work as part of a team


• Must have the ability to work under pressure in an organized and timely manner


• Clean safety record


• Must be observant and detail oriented
