Kiddie Academy is seeking the best qualified candidate for the role of Executive Administrator.  This position provides support to various Executive level positions in the Company.  The Executive Administrator reports directly to the Executive Vice President.

Some of the essential function of the position include:


  • Evaluate and categorize initial inquiries for franchise opportunities

  • Send franchise marketing materials to prospects

  • Distribute sales leads not automated through CRM

  • Perform administrative duties for 3rd Floor executives, department heads and management staff

  • Manage production, inventory and distribution of FDD and other franchise documents

  • Assist General Counsel on legal projects

  • Support Franchise Development in all administrative capacities

  • Coordinate trade shows for Franchise Development and Real Estate Departments

  • Order and maintain office supplies for assigned employee group

  • Share front desk coverage responsibilities with co-workers

The ideal candidate will possess:


  • Bachelor's degree in business preferred, and/or 5+ years administrative experience; legal experience a plus

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-talk and adapt quickly to changing priorities

  • Highly organized and thorough

  • Team oriented environment

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 - Excel and Word in particular
