JOB SUMMARY

The Vice President of Operations is responsible for

• Overseeing Hospital Housekeeping Systems programs at multiple sites


• Managing the success of day-to-day operations within the area assigned and ensuring that policies and best practices set forth by senior leadership are carried out • hiring and developing management personnel within his or her assigned area, routinely


• Evaluating strengths and weaknesses of their management teams, and providing tangible development plans for future growth


• Monitoring the implementation and effectiveness of HCAHPS and safety programs, ensuring that fiscal responsibility is exercised, and fostering positive relationships between HHS and hospital administration teams.
