HarTru LLC is seeking an Operator III to support the Accessory Division. The Accessory Operator III uses and operates hand tools and light machinery to complete daily production and shipping needs of Har-Tru. Work is performed in both the production and shipping areas of the plant depending on daily schedules. Performs basic repair and regular maintenance of operating equipment to ensure proper working order.

Requires a high school diploma or GED and 1 year of experience. Must have basic mechanical and maintenance skills and experience, as well as with mechanical assembly. A driver’s license in good standing is preferred and may require obtaining a welding certificate.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully an individual should have basic computer proficiency.
Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret assembly guides.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to break down problems into component parts and chooses from established alternative procedures. Uses past experiences and available resources to identify issues and solutions.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to climb ladders and stairs to inspect, maintain and repair equipment. The employee is frequently required to stand and walk for extended periods of time; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 80 pounds. Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range.
