SEM Manager at ADP in roseland, New Jersey

Job Description:

ADP is hiring a SEM Manager. As part of ADP's Performance Marketing team, this position will play a central role in managing and scaling the search marketing program to effectively capture demand. The ideal candidate is a direct response marketing expert with the ability to seamlessly balance priorities across multiple lines of business. Proven analytical skills and a desire to identify and solution for root causes is a must.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Pace and optimize monthly budgets. Daily bid management across keywords, audiences, and other modifiers.
• Produce quality SEM lead growth while effectively managing KPIs such as CPL (cost per lead) and ROI.
• Owner of all uploads across the entire account(s).
• Design and execute account maintenance standards for SQR reviews, negatives, etc. Ensure structural integrity via frequent audits of settings, audiences, etc.
• Create ad copy testing roadmaps.
• Produce reports for extended team that provide an account "health check."
• Use data to forecast performance on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
• Support internal stakeholders with reporting and other needs.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Must have at least 5 years of hands-on SEM experience.
• Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in communications, marketing, advertising, or related field.
• Experience with 3rd party management and analytics platforms, such as SA360, Datorama, and/or Google Analytics.

• Strong analytical skills. Ability to draw conclusions and determine strategies based on performance.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects and resources in a deadline-driven environment.
• Google Ads & Analytics certifications a plus.
