Job Description:

Welk Resort San Diego Golf Course, a JC Golf property, has an exciting opportunity for a reliable and efficient Outside Service Lead Attendant with strong customer service skills. This role will be responsible for delivering clean, safe golf carts to our guests and to oversee all outside services operations.

HIGHLIGHTS OF WHAT YOU GET TO DO:

• Ensure any cart maintenance requirements are reported in a timely and satisfactorily manner, and review the cart repair log. Also ensure the course has the appropriate number of golf carts to accommodate all events. 

• Assist in training new staff on the company's policies and procedures, including assisting guests, ensuring property and cart cleanliness, safety training, etc. 

• Follow all specified procedures to satisfactorily perform routine daily tasks, including collecting and cleaning range balls; storing, cleaning, and charging golf carts; removing trash from staging areas; and to open and close the bag room and golf cart storage area.

• Draft the schedule for management approval for all outside staff and work with management to adjust labor to be consistent with golf course occupancy. 

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Efficient, reliable, safety minded with high quality standards for production and service.

• Strong verbal communication skills with a professional and friendly manner.

• English fluency required

• Good team player, courteous, customer service focused
