Commercial Middle Market SVP - Money Service Exchange - Northbrook, IL at Wintrust Financial Corporation in Northfield, Illinois

Job Description:

The individual producer will be responsible for developing relationships within the Money Service Exchange Commercial Banking (MSX) niche business line as part of Commercial Banking (Middle Market - C&I). The niche business will focus on the treasury management, lending, and capital markets of money service exchange businesses operating in the United States. The primary goal is to capture a material amount of market share of this business segment. The focus will be on entities with five or more locations, with the largest markets in Illinois, New York, Texas, California, and Arizona.

This person will:

• Have significant sales management and relationship management experience within a commercial banking environment


• Display exceptional commercial credit and underwriting skills


• Be highly competent with the OCC guidance for MSBs, the Bank's credit policy, and adherence to all BSA/AML policies and procedures


• Be a self-starter with the ability to work autonomously


• Be willing to travel domestically


• Possess strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

• New Business Development


• Relationship management including cross-selling activities, credit approval presentations, documentation, client customer service, etc.


• Minimum Bachelor's degree but Master's preferred
