Job Description:

An exciting position is now available on the Cape of Massachusetts at an acute care hospital for a Hospital Manager Budgeting & Analysis. 

The Hospital Manager Budgeting & Analysis working at a 200 +-bed community hospital located just minutes from the water.  This not for profit medical center has been providing medical care for over 90 years, and is well established in the community on the Cape of Massachusetts.  This acute care hospital has been recognized for Excellence in Quality, cardiac care, Stroke Care, Geriatrics, and Patient Excellence.  

 Reporting directly to the Vice President of Budgeting and Operational Support the Hospital Manager Budgeting & Analysis will assist in directing the preparation of and analysis of the system-wide hospital budget. This ideal candidate ideally possesses both a Bachelor’s Degree and excellent experience in hospital financial budgeting. 

Some additional responsibilities include:

• Assist in long term strategic planning to improve operational performance.


• Provide financial planning analysis as requested by Senior Management.


• Select and hire professional level staff and provide training.


• Evaluate and initiate appropriate personnel activities. C


• oordinate the hiring, training of and workload of summer interns.


• Maintain budget accuracy and integrity for all CCHC affiliates.


• Maintain fiscal control over CCHC expenditures.
