Flagger Force, the industry leader in temporary traffic control, is currently hiring a 3rd Shift Customer Service Specialist for our operational call center.
The Customer Service Specialist position is primarily responsible for client order processing while acting in accordance with company values, vision and mission.
Schedule
3rd Shift (8:00 pm-6:00 am)
Thursday-Sunday
Must be available for 2nd shift two week training period when you first start the position
Training will be from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm Monday through Friday for the first two weeks.
Primary Functions
Process client orders (order taking) ensuring high quality accuracy and customer satisfaction
Allocate proper resources (field crews and equipment) to client orders in a logical and accurate manner
Resolve internal and external client issues with prompt investigation and clarity
Document and escalate client issues to appropriate supervisor or manager as needed
Monitor for unauthorized movement of company vehicles and equipment
Perform special projects as needed or assigned by appropriate supervisor or manager
Other duties as assigned
