About the Job

• Oversee all maintenance and repair of the hotel property.


• Inspect guest rooms to identify items to be repaired.


• Repair damaged or broken furniture, fixtures, equipment, both indoors and outdoors.


• Respond to repair orders as generated by housekeeping, guest services, or management.


• Maintain established Preventive Maintenance (PM) programs followed by PM procedures and schedules.


• Proper use and accountability to assigned tools and maintain tool inventory.


• Establish and maintain up-to-date and thorough records of all mechanical and plumbing equipment and systems.


• Keep grounds, pool and public areas clean, safe, and well-maintained.

About You

• Required knowledge of areas such as mechanical, plumbing, fixtures, interior and exterior projects.


• Knowledge of how to use basic tools and perform repairs.


• Ability to follow and understand instructions.


• Ability to work quickly and efficiently.


• Must be able to stand, lift, bend, push, and lift up to 100 lbs. Exerting up to 100 lbs of force occasionally and up to 30 lbs of force frequently.


• 2 years of related experience required.
