Job Description:

Position Summary
The facilities manager will oversee all building and grounds maintenance for all LHS Locations. They will be responsible for ensuring the facilities are in working order, proper maintenance agreements are in place, and work with safety on ensuring the offices are up to code. The facilities manager will also be responsible for overseeing store service request, working with the local teams, and third-party vendors.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Planning building maintenance and operational programs


• Managing all vendor contracts


• Ensuring the efficiency of all building systems


• Coordinating with safety on site safety programs


• Preparing operating reports and budgets


• Ensuring all processes and compliance programs are met


• Managing facilities planning and space allocation


• Coordinating with department heads and building contractors


• Managing maintenance of grounds


• Ensuring all utility systems are inspected and in accordance with regulations


• Negotiating bids and contracts for third party workers


• Coordinating building security and maintenance services


• Managing and supervising all facilities personnel


• Overseeing all building functions


• Coordinating all maintenance issues and schedules

 

Experience and Minimum Qualifications

• Highly organized with the ability to design and execute strategies that maximize productivity


• Able to leverage information and data to solve business problems, initiate improvements, and increase efficiency


• Advanced written and verbal communication skills.


• Refined ability to delegate responsibilities and provide leadership and training to key personnel


• Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word


• Must be able to work well with all levels of management and staff as well as outside clients


• Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

• Indoor work in a climate-controlled environment.
