We are looking for a Senior Federal Program Delivery Director with experience in Enterprise Datacenter Leadership for as-a-service program in the US Secure Intelligence Community.

The Senior Federal Program Delivery Director is a direct client contact position responsible for leading delivery of all high value and in- scope contracted services across all involved service delivery towers ensuring that performance goals and cost commitments are met. You will work with business partners and vendors using leadership skills and technical knowledge to develop, implement and lead a customer centric Account Service Team (AST) operational model driving best-in-class Quality. Customer Satisfaction through efficient, effective delivery of services and proactive issues management, driving transformation optimization while managing scope, resources, cost of delivery and coordination are facets of this role. In this role, you'll develop and nurture an excellent client relationship at the executive level along with supporting the Client Manager in establishing the customer as a Reference Account and supporting growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:


  • Responsible to manage and grow executive customer relationship for a strategic account or portfolio of accounts


  • Contributes strategically to the Account Delivery Management global methodology ensuring current & future business requirements are accommodated


  • Drives resolution of difficult situations that have significant business impact


  • Shapes the strategic agenda and creating the context for successful partnerships which generate significant business


  • Demonstrates leadership in industry organizations and is prepared to represent the company


  • Acts as Executive sponsor for strategic customer engagements


  • Design strategic account support through proactively maintaining high-level technical and operational expertise and understanding of industry trends and customer requirements


  • Apply deep and broad technical and business experience and knowledge of industry to drive organizational direction, strategies, business model


  • Provide feedback/influence change in internal and/or vendor-provided products/service offerings


  • Investigate, analyze and develop senior management recommendations for strategic operational issues


  • Lead development of organizational business operating plans


  • Drives the company's business goals and initiatives to success implementation within organization


  • Manages their resource pool of Delivery Resources: forecasting resource requirements and staffing to meet demand


  • Aligns ADM resources to business needs ensuring optimization of staff talent and expertise


  • Responsible for identifying and hiring top talent to achieve business result


  • Responsible to ensure knowledge management is captured, documented and leveraged for improved performance across global portfolio.


  • Supports team in execution of responsibilities removing barriers when necessary


  • Creates a working environment that is conducive to individual growth, high performance, is challenging and rewarding


  • Assures compliance with the company and customer's HR, PR, legal, financial, ethics and government related policies, strategies, and processes


  • Achieves diversity and other HR goals


Education and Experience Required:


  • Advanced University Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience


  • 10+ years related business experience


  • 5+ years US Federal Government and/or intelligence community experience required


  • TS/SCI with full scope poly clearance required
