POSITION SUMMARY:

The position of Business Delivery Analyst supports our Compliance organization and is focused on the Employment Verification business. This position manages the delivery of new products and services and supports the ongoing operations and ensures that all systems and partner integrations are working seamlessly. This position requires someone who is organized and able to develop requirements for the business to be implemented by our technology partners (GPT). This team supports goals that are critical to success of new functionality for our products, systems and processes and handles the organizational readiness for these products to ensure the organization and our customers are prepared.

Essential High Level Skills: Strong analytical skills, organization, communication, teamwork, and documentation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design the operations and service delivery model for new and enhanced features including how the ongoing operations, production support and sales/pricing model are established.
  • Work with the business (Service, Operations, etc.) and our Clients to understand the opportunities to improve our products and services and work with Development to determine how to address; partner with UX team on client review sessions.
  • Document business requirement for Product Development on all new and/or enhanced features, review technical requirements from Product and attend SPRINT review meetings to ensure product is developed as requested.
  • Serve as subject matter expert within business unit and provide guidance on the most effective manner to delivery projects to continually improve client and employee satisfaction, associate engagement and drive efficiency.
  • Partner with Project Manager on delivery of project and provide input on key project deliverables including project plan, charter and rollout strategy.
  • Manage and resolve ongoing production support with our internal and external partners for the Employment Verification business.
  • Conduct impact analysis sessions with our internal and external stakeholders to develop the organizational readiness plan including testing, communication, training, rollout and KPI tracking.
  • Provide weekly status reporting to the PM to rollup to the Steering Committee updates. Proactively monitor project business risk areas and escalate concerns to PM and coordinate with business to resolve issues.
  • Attend Product Development monthly, quarterly and annual planning sessions and provide input on roadmap based on extensive business knowledge to help drive strategic direction of the product.
  • Execute on tasks outlined in the project plan to ensure successful delivery of the project.
  • Manage business specific projects as assigned.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in education.

Experience: 6-10 Years of Directly related experience.

Preferred Experience: Experience with Employment Verification of Fintech organizations
